'Mismatch Data Packet' message is shown during start MBWIN.
Follow these steps:
It is likely caused by corruption in local data files. The user has to delete all .msf files in their Temp folder by following these steps:
1. Go to 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp' (username should be replaced with the actual Windows user name of the person experiencing the problem)
2. Delete all .msf files
or
1. Press Windows button (the button with Windows logo).
2. Type 'Run' then Enter
3. In the Run dialog box type '%temp%' and click Ok
4. In the opened Temp folder delete all .msf files
Note: if the problem is in Remote Desktop then it has to be done in the RD session of the affected Windows user.
